      “Learning to see with an Artist’s Eyes”

All workshop will focus on elevating your creative endeavors by learning new skills, designed for both beginners and advanced artists.  All classes will explore many topics and innovative techniques which concentrate on mastering observation and “learning to see.” You will enhance your  observational skills by seeing like artists see.We will explore various sources of inspiration in the history of art which will inspire your inner creativity.

      It is time to let your light shine and present your artistic gifts to the world!

Work with the master artist one on one and perfect century old techniques as well as new contemporary fun skills. Students will start with pastels and learn color techniques, composition, and copy the Masters. Oil painting as well as acrylic painting techniques are introduced as you perfect your art and your vision.Have fun manipulating color to bring energy and vibrancy to your work. Learn about  "the elements and principles of art" which are at the heart of image making.

Join in and uncover the endless possibilities of digital printing combined with painting and drawing.

You will make unique and personal works of art while combining photography, painting, drawing and collage.

Students explore the magical world of working with many materials and integrating and layering them on to their favorite photograph.

Students are encouraged to boldly explore different techniques of art making and to foster fearlessness when tackling new materials and processes..

Photographic processes that apply to image-making are presented as well as basic Photoshop and retouching tools.

 The studio is located near the beach in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, California

Special retreats include beach exploration, museum trips, and printing workshops. 

     Housing is also provided when available, all after Covid-19 is under control.

Regina's passion for teaching spans over over a decade as she has taught all levels of artistic endeavors, from university, community college and high school classes. 

       Regina considers teaching a true art of transforming the mind, body, and soul.
